Ethics and Sustainability in Anthropological Genetics

Our team is committed to advancing equity and inclusion within the fields of anthropological genetics and ancient DNA research. Our efforts include first, working in consultation and partnership with local stakeholders and descendant communities; second engaging in equitable collaboration with local research colleagues; and third, supporting local capacity building via training and improvements to research infrastructure. We are currently working with local partners to develop genomic training opportunities for undergraduate students in southern Puerto Rico.
